Thompson Technologies provides employee separation support at your company on the day of separation. We provide counseling resources on-site prior to separation to review employees profiles, discuss potential issues and co-ordinate meeting logistics and appropriate security measures.
Delivering the separation message from the manager to the employee in an appropriate manner is critical. But, an effective notification process isn't complete without a skillfully managed follow-up meeting with the dismissed employees. Held immediately after the notification, this meeting is conducted by a Thompson Technologies' counselor to handle the wide range of emotional reactions and unique situations. The purpose of the support notification meeting is to:
- Address the reactions of notified employees
- Inform them of the career transition services available
- Coach them in constructive next steps, helping the impacted employees focus on the future and move forward
